Standardised Curriculum Vitae (SCV)

The Standardised Curriculum Vitae (SCV) is a curriculum standard established by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT). It is defined by the SCV Standard (Norma CVN), which is a set of technical specifications regulating all aspects of the standard curriculum vitae that produce a unique and standardised digital curriculum vitae.
This take the form of an electronic PDF file where each researcher's curricular data is individualised by fields and filed in an XML format, so that such standardised information can be electronically transferred to different databases to facilitate further analysis or to transform to other print or file output formats.
This prevents researchers from having to type in their CVs in the forms or applications used across the various calls for public aid.
In the specific case of Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, the SCV may be obtained via the EGRETA (Environment of Research and Transfer Management) app. Full details are available at:

Abbreviated Curriculum Vitae (ACV)
The Abbreviated Curriculum Vitae (ACV) is a standardised abbreviated curriculum vitae template as typically requested in the calls for public aid from the Secretary of State for R&D&I.
Failure to comply with any of the format and length requirements may result in the ACV not being accepted in the call. Hence, you are advised to check that your CV meets the requirements set out in each specific call.
In the specific case of Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, the ACV may be obtained via the EGRETA application (Environment of Research and Transfer Management). Full details are available at:
