Actions for improvement

The quality management system of the Area of Research provides methods and criteria for monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement to demonstrate the conformity of the services with the applicable requirements and continually improve their efficiency.
The methodology adopted includes:

  • Analysis of risks and indicators for evaluating the accomplishment of processes
  • Internal and external audits
  • Management review
  • A system for recording and analysing incidents and non-conformities
  • Monitoring of the introduction of action plans for correction and improvement
  • Internal and user satisfaction evaluation. It is very important for us to know the level of satisfaction among our users and record any acknowledgements, suggestions or complaints. We therefore provide an open channel  for opinions about the services received from the Area of Research 
The results of all these analyses are used to detect opportunities for improving the system.
