DESCRIPTION
Service for the processing of research data of the UAB.The different departments, areas, researchers or their support at the University can ask for the requested data, as well as the external people and institutions.

REQUEST
The data can be requested through the following electronic form

RESOLUTION
The file will be sent to the requesting address within the deadlines indicated in the form (seven days in regular processing and three in the urgent procedure, whenever possible).
In the case of persons or institutions outside the university, data with special protection will not be sent.

Both the Data Management Unit of the Research Management Area and the UAB follow the rules established by the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 and the European Regulation (RGPD) and are registered in the Catalan Agency for Data Protection.

DESCRIPTION
Request for evaluation of research projects with human and animals regarding their ethical issues, by the Ethics Committee on Animal and Human Experimentation (CEEAH).
The request must be submitted by the researcher responsible for the project, Dr of the UAB.

REQUEST
In order to request the evaluation, the project must be submitted through the application of the UAB intranet.

RESOLUTION
Your request will be evaluated by the Ethics Committee on Animal and Human Experimentation nd you will be informed of its resolution.

DESCRIPTION
Assignment request to a Research Center (CER) or Institute of the UAB, of academic and research personnel of the UAB.
You can consult the Regulation about Assignment to an Institute/CER
The request will be submitted by the interested party.

REQUEST
First.
Fill out the electronic application form
Once you submit it (SEND button), you will have the option to DOWNLOAD AS PDF, download and sign it electronically. You can check the digital certificates recognized in the UAB on the website of the electronic office

Second. In addition to the application form, you must provide, duly completed, in PDF format and electronically signed, the following reports:
Report of the Director of the department about the Assignment of academic personnel to an Institute/CER
Report of the host Institute / CER about the Assignment of academic personnel in the Institute / CER.

Third. These three documents (the application and the two reports) must be submitted to the UAB Telematic Registry

RESOLUTION
Your request will be evaluated by the Commission of Research and you will be informed of its resolution.

Request to change the percentage of assignment to a Research Center (CER) or Institute of the UAB, of academic and research personnel of the UAB.

The request will be submitted by the interested party.

REQUEST
First.

Once you submit it (SEND button), you will have the option to DOWNLOAD AS PDF, download and sign it electronically. You can check the digital certificates recognized in the UAB on the website of the electronic office

Second. In addition to the application form, you must provide, duly completed, in PDF format and electronically signed, the following reports:
Report of the Director of the department about the assignment of academic personnel to an Institute/CER
Report of the host Institute / CER about the assignment of academic personnel in the Institute / CER.

Third. These three documents (the application and the two reports) must be submitted to the UAB Telematic Registry

The request may be submitted by the interested person (academic and research personnel), the department director, the University Research Institute or the Research Center.

Application for recognition of research activities under article 21.1 of Law 24/2015, of July 24, on patents.
You can consult the Regulations for accreditation of research tasks.
The request will be submitted by the interested party.

REQUEST
First
. Fill out the electronic request form for accreditation of research activities
Once you submit it (SEND button), you will be presented with the option to DOWNLOAD AS PDF, download and sign electronically. You can check the digital certificates recognized in the UAB on the website of the electronic office

Second. In addition to the application, you must provide, duly completed, in PDF fomat and electronically signed, your curriculum vitae where you identify the research activity that motivates the request and a favorable report of your organic and functional managers

Third. These three documents (the application, the curriculum vitae and the report) must be submitted to the UAB Telematic Registry

RESOLUTION
Your request will be evaluated by the ad hoc Comission, delegated from the Commission of Research, and you will be informed of its resolution.
