Are you interested in dysphagia and swallowing disorders in general?
In this master's degree and postgraduate diploma we aim to expand the knowledge of healthcare professionals from all over the world about dysphagia, this pathology that is so underdiagnosed but at the same time so present in our population.
This master's degree/postgraduate diploma is the first in Europe to address the pathology of dysphagia from a multidisciplinary point of view, and therefore the syllabus is prepared for all those health professionals who wish to expand their knowledge: ENTs, radiologists, speech and language therapists, dietitians or nutritionists, nurses, etc.
Bearing in mind that the diagnosis of dysphagia is not yet homogeneous, this master's degree/postgraduate diploma has a teaching staff from different countries who provide different views and ways of approaching this pathology.
Career opportunities
Since the Master's and Postgraduate courses are aimed at professionals already trained in different professional fields, they do not qualify for professional practice on their own, but aim to increase basic skills and knowledge in the area of dysphagia.The professional areas in which the course is linked to are all the fields that deal with dysphagia: medicine, nursing, radiology, neurology, speech therapy, dietetics and nutrition, otorhinolaryngology, physiotherapy, geriatrics and rehabilitation, etc.
