The main advantage of offering training certified by SAP Education is that the master’s degrees and graduate diplomas incorporate the SAP guarantee and provide access to the only recognized official SAP certification.

Upon completing the programme, students can obtain the UAB-specific Master's Degree and the official SAP certification for FI (pending results of the official SAP tests to take place at the UAB). The Enrolment fee includes the cost of the official examination of SAP.

The master's degree in SAP ERP Financials aims to train students in the organisational aspects of companies. For this reason, contents are approached from two very different viewpoints: operations and technology. Operations defines the business processes regulating relations and information flow between the different departments or units in the organisation. With the help of information systems comes the ability to determine the technological structure needed to support business processes.

- The first one approaches business processes from a conceptual point of view.

Internships

Curricular Placements.

These are compulsory for students on this master's programme and they take up a total of 300 hours. Students may also undertake further placements, subject to UAB regulations, which will be considered non-curricular. The placement requirement may be waived in the case of students with relevant experience in business management with SAP.

Students get the chance to work on real projects or situations at the multinationals (producers or consultants) that collaborate with this programme. In this way they can apply the knowledge acquired at university to real business situations.

The company assigns a tutor to each student, who will monitor the student's progress and offer guidance when necessary. The tutor makes an assessment of the student at the end of the placement.
