The master aims to strength feminist theories and practices built up during the past fifty years. The collaboration of professors from different universities around Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexic, Cuba and Brazil) will allow a non etnocentric and intersectional point of view of the rights development, and also, of the dverse contributions of the legal feminism from the different Spanish-speaking countries.
The master is addressed to people coming from the law, and also from other similar fields or fields where the socio-legal understanding of the rights is required, as sociology, political science, history, philosophy, psychology, criminology, social work and industrial relations.
The aim is to improve the knowledge of the rights from a gender pespective, the feminist contributions to the law and the way to implement legal practices with the ability to change the legal field.
UAB masters and graduate diplomas may include or facilitate external academic internships in companies or institutions in order to help the student to achieve a level of expertise that facilitates the insertion or promotion in the workplace.
For this study programme non-curricular (optional) internships are possible:
As a UAB student, you have access to the University occupation portal, the Occupability Service, through which you can participate in selection processes for non-curricular practices as well as getting a contract. In both cases, you need to sign up to the Nexus application.
