Graduate Diploma in Online Communication and Social Media Management

Master's Degree in Business and Institutional Communication (Online)
Online communicators are a new type of specialist with many professional opportunities thanks to the needs of businesses, individuals, and institutions. According to Infojobs the demand for this type of professional multiplied eightfold in 2010 and according to the Dircom study made public in May 2010, social media form part of the daily life of eight out of ten communication managers.

The communities and social media are transforming the competitive environment: on the one hand, they have the power to add value to the decisions taken by the public in general and consumers in particular; on the other, they lessen the degree of control communication managers may have on the reputation, image, communication, etc. of their products and brands.

The graduate programme was created with the aim of providing this professional profile with the skills needed to meet standards of excellence when leading, developing and managing online communication strategies and growing interactions through different platforms based on online-specific communication technologies.
