This graduate diploma offers the chance to master communicative techniques and improve leadership skills, by building up confidence and coherence in both written and oral expression.

It is aimed at political and/or social leaders wishing to improve their interpersonal skills, their management of emotions and their ability to cope with both normal and difficult or critical situations.

The programme content helps its students to recognise, understand and resolve the situations that arise when performing political and social leadership tasks. It also covers conflict resolution through mediation techniques in unfavourable and/or unusual situations.

Both theory and practice are included. The teaching methods used are participatory and interactive.
