Apply for admission to the programme

The admission process serves to ensure that all students meet the programme's requirements and thus guarantee an optimal work environment during the course. To apply for admission, you must apply online. Remember that you will need to upload the required documents.

In the event of seats remaining once the final date of application is expired, the direction may prolongue it.

Online application

Very important: before registering in the application, you must carefully read the information you will find on this page to have the required documentation ready and confirm that you meet the access requirements, and that the registration process is open.

The application interface will ask you to specify the study type (master's degree, diploma or specialisation coruse) and the codes of study and edition of the programme to which you want to enroll. Data from this program are: Study: 3634 and Edition: 11

To fulfill the application you need a NIU (UAB's University Identification Number). Choose the appropriate option for your case:

 

Application dates

from 15/09/2025 to 02/03/2026

Required documentation

- DNI, NIE, TIE (double-sided scanning) or valid passport

- Curriculum Vitae in Europass format.
- Motivation letter outlining the applicant's interests and motivation for enrolling in the course.
- Academic transcript for Master's and PhD students who have not completed their studies at the UAB.

Access requirements

Hold a university degree with at least 180 ECTS credits or have completed three academic years.

Selection criteria

In the event that the number of applications exceeds the available places, the following criteria will be applied to allocate them:

Places will be assigned to UAB Alumni and to master's and doctoral students from any discipline at the UAB.

If necessary, priority will be given to UAB Alumni and master's and doctoral students from the Faculties of Translation and Interpreting, Economics, Political Science and Sociology, Communication, and Law, as these fields are closely related to international organizations.

If further prioritization is needed, preference will be given to UAB Alumni and master's and doctoral students from the aforementioned faculties based on the academic transcript grade average of their undergraduate studies.

If places remain available after applying the above criteria, the remaining places will be allocated as follows:
a) UAB Alumni and master's/doctoral students from UAB faculties not included in the second criterion.
b) Undergraduate students from other non-prioritized UAB programs.
c) Alumni and students from other universities.

Notice of admission

The admission resolution will be sent to the e-mail address you specify when you fill the application. In this e-mail you will receive detailed information of the enrolment procedure.
