  • The thesis named “Study of the interaction between the gut microbiota, the genic expression and the traits of the pig growth, fattening and meat quality” has as the main purpose the identification and functional validation of the polymorphisms that cause the main QTLs identified in pigs, and the study of the microbiome effect in the determination of these characters.

    This thesis is included in the project “Functional genomics, systems biology and microbiomics applied to the identification of genetic regulators of growth, fattening and meat quality in pig”.
