- Development of a bioinformatics platform for analysing big data from Omics analyses-OMnalysis
The core of the tool OMnalysis can be classified into multiple layers, data generation, pre-processing, Integration of bioinformatics, biostatistics and annotation tools. Adding to this, the OMnalysis would be powered with the capability of cognitive text mining that would focus on the unstructured data (research articles) repositories. Ultimately, OMnalysis will help the biologist to translate omics data into biological knowledge.
