  • Development and characterization of fermented and non-fermented food products derived from sea buckthorn.
    The aim of this industrial PhD thesis is to formulate new food supplements with sea buckthorn can be successfully included and subsequently improve its nutritional profile. Since sea buckthorn contains high amounts of soluble fiber and other bioactive compounds, the project will include the development of sea buckthorn fermented food products. The industrial project emerges as a result of a cooperation agreement between Vitae Natural Nutrition S.L and UAB (2017 DI 079).
