  • Research lines
  • My main field of work is dairy ruminants’ nutrition, particularly ewes and goats. My principal research line is focused on the use of fats in diets of dairy ewes and goats in order to improve the quality of milk. I’m specifically interested in the use of fat supplements in feed formulation, nutritional value of added fats, and the interrelationship between the lipid composition of feed and food.
