Landmarks of Science I and II is a collection of facsimiles of the first editions of scientific works, printed between the 17th and 20th centuries. As an example, you will find facsimiles of Newton's Optics, in an English edition of 1704; the History of the creation, of Lamarck, in an edition of 1875; The origin of the species of Darwin, in an edition of 1859; and magazines such as Philosophical Transactions or Journal des scavans, considered the first scientific journals, both from 1665. In total, the collection consists of 4362 monographs and 53 journals.
