The second term of the sixth edition of the UAB Barcelona Summer School begins this Monday, July 12 at 9:00 am with an opening ceremony in the auditorium of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. The event will have a dual format, mixing online and face-to-face interventions, and will be broadcast through this link

The UAB Barcelona Summer School comprises an academic offer of undergraduate courses in a wide range of fields that takes place after the end of the regular academic year and is aimed at international and national students. Most of the courses will be taught in English and students can earn between 6 and 12 ECTS in two periods of 3 weeks each. In the second period there are 11 courses taught in English, among them: Advanced Programming, Critical Thinking and Geography of East Asia.

This year's offer includes both online and face-to-face courses. Thus, it will take place both online and face-to-face, depending on each of the courses. Classes will be held in the mornings from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The online subjects will follow a special schedule within this time slot that you can see on the web pages of each course.

In addition, you can also be part of the Buddy Programme, within the UAB Barcelona Summer School community, which aims at interaction and networking among participants. You will have the opportunity to live in an international context, either face-to-face or online, participating in activities that go beyond teaching. You will have a space where you can share experiences with students from other countries and learn from different cultures, as well as make your own culture known.
