Call for elections to choose the Executive Committee of the CEUAB

The UAB Students Council (CEUAB) is the maximum student representative, discussion and coordination body at UAB. It is composed of the Plenary, a decision-making organ where each faculty has four representatives, and the Executive Committee, the executive organ.

The UAB Student Council (CEUAB) is the maximum student representative body at UAB. Its main objective is to transfer the students’ opinion to the decision-making bodies in university, ensuring the student community’s rights. It is composed of two organs: the Plenary and the Executive Committee.

The CEUAB Plenary is formed by four representatives of each faculty, a student member of the Governing Council, the student member of the Social Council and a representative of the UAB student societies registered in el Directori. It is a discussion and decision-making space and it chooses, once a year, the members of the Executive Committee, the organ that executes the decisions made in the Plenary.

The Executive Committee is composed in the following way:

•    The president
•    A secretary
•    A treasurer
•    Up to four vice-presidents
•    And, optionally, up to four spokespersons

On December the 3rd and 4th the members of the Plenary of the UAB Student Council will choose the members of the Executive Committee.

The first dates marked by the electoral calendar are November 19th and 25th, which is the deadline to present a complaint to the Plenary electoral list and to present candidacies. Complaints can be submitted by email to info.participacio@uab.cat and candidacies must be presented by using the nomination form that you will find on Dinamització Comunitària department website.
