Autònoma Actua is a consolidated and long-e stablished initiative that lets us know the different artistic proposals that arise between the members of the UAB university community.

The main objective is to promote live cultural activities within the university. This proposal is aimed at members of the university community with artistic initiatives and who wish to participate in the Festa Major of the UAB to be held on 7th November, 2019.

Among all the proposals received, a jury will make a first selection taking into account the artistic level, the material presented, the variety between proposals, the technical viability and the adaptation to the spaces. Then the proposals will be submitted to a popular vote which will finally decide which ones are awarded and programmed on stage.

In addition, this call will feature the special mention "FM en femení". The aim is to promote the participation of women artists in the call, as well as to promote and guarantee their presence in the program.

What are the requirements?
Autònoma Actua houses different types of proposals: both individual and collective. In group formations there must be at least one member of the university community.
The performances must have a minimum duration of 20 minutes for the performances of dance, theatre, magic or other scenic disciplines; and 45 minutes for performances of musical nature. For more information on the requirements, please carefully check the bases of the prize.

How and where do you apply?
If you think that your artistic proposal can fit into the Autònoma Actua, between September 23th and October 14th, you can submit the application for registration through the online form of our website.
