The week will include over 50 free activities for all of the UAB community (race, walks, Nordic walking, tai chi, zumba, volleyball, etc.) which will begin with an inaugural conference on Monday 16 April by Jenny Moix, who will speak on how to relate to one's own mind in "L'únic que falta a la teva vida ets tu. Com relacionar-te amb la teva ment".

"How to relate to our minds? How to practice Nordic walking? How to cook with healthy plants? How to be more energy efficient? How to avoid stress? How to repair a bicycle? How to exceed oneself? How to eat a more balanced diet? These are only a few of the questions the community will be able to find the answers to during the UAB's 9th Health and Sustainability Week, to be held from 16 to 20 April.

Acquiring healthy and sustainable lifestyle habits is the main axis of these activities.
