We are very pleased to inform you that the XI Doctoral Workshop of the PhD studies in Chemistry will take place next May 26th – 27th, 2022.
During the event, 18 students of the Doctoral programme in Chemistry will have to opportunity to present and discuss their research work, as well as interact among other PhD students and receive feedback from more experienced researchers. Besides, the Doctoral Workshop will also include an exciting series of plenary lectures.
Invited speakers:
- Thursday, May 26: Plasmonic Nanostructures: optical properties, synthesis and sensing applications by Dra. Isabel Pastoriza Santos, associate professor at University of Vigo, Department of Physical Chemistry.
- Friday, May 27: Single Electron Processes Enabling Organic Synthesis by Dr. Gary A. Molander, professor at University of Pennsylvania, Department of Chemistry.
