Climate emergency: UAB takes action Exhibition “Climate emergency: UAB takes action”
The Showcase of the Resources Centre for Student Societies and its exhibitions aim to give visibility and value to the tasks conducted by the associations to foster university community involvement. This month's exhibition is dedicated to groups fighting against climate change and offering ecological alternatives on campus: Assemblea ecologista, L’hortet de l’Autònoma and Assemblea vegana.
UAB Theatre 2:30 p.m. Guided visit at the exposition “Finestres”. Exhibition of photographs of non-professional instagramers, with a solidarity character in favor of the program that fights against child poverty and social exclusion promoted by the project #Invulnerables.

The documentary presents a controversial and radical but at the same time hopeful thesis: the climate crisis could be a great opportunity to change our failed economic system to a more just one for both people and the planet.

1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Punt Lila at the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting The Punt Lila is and information and awareness-raising stand organised by the Observatory for Equality where people can go to in case of being victim of or witness of a gender violence case during the FMUAB19, or are interested in information on UAB resources in case of episodes of violence (intervention, assessment, psychological support, etc). Members of the Punt Lila will be located in different parts of the campus during the Festa Major.
2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Infosalut, information stand on health, sexuality and drug consumption The FAS Health Stand promoted by Infosalut will be available to answer questions and offer sex health products, such as condoms and lubricants, alcoholimeters, games, and information on drugs, sexuality and gender. In addition to the stand, several Health Agents will be available to test what students know about and commonly do at parties.
1 p.m to 9 p.m Punt Lila
Punt Lila is an informative and supportive stall organised by UAB’s Observatory for Equality. Any individual who has experienced or seen a gender violence situation during FMUAB or who wants information about UAB’s resources (intervention, counseling, psychological suport) can stop by.
1.30 p.m to 3 p.m Refugee Escape Room
This activity aims to explore some of the realities and challenges that migrants, asylum-seekers and refugees experience during their migratory process. In this fictional setting, we travel to 2084 to find that the Earth has become an uninhabitable space because of climate change, extreme temperatures, desertification and lack of water. Prior registration is compulsory: uab.cat/comunitat
2 p.m to 9 p.m Infosalut, stall on information about health, sexuality and consumption El Xiringu de Salut de la FAS organises the stall called Infosalut where you can ask our Health Agents any queries and find sexual health materials like condoms, lubricants, breathalyzers, games and information about drugs, sexuality and gender. Besides the stall itself, there will be itinerant Health Agents testing you on what you know and usually do in a context of leisure and festivity.
