Description

English courses addressed to seniors 55+ who want to start learning a new language, or expand his knowledge, without the need of passing a final exam or reaching a recognised level. Each course correspond to 90 class hours, divided into three terms of 30 hours each (October-December, January-March and April-June).

Methodology:
Our courses focus on communication, promote learning and participation. Students progress is assessed each trimester, so there is no final exam. Our teachers are highly qualified and specialized in teaching adult students.

Access requirements

Certificate demonstrating a pass in the previous level or results of a level test.
It is not necessary to be a member of the UAB community.

Enrolment

Registration opens on 1 September. To formalize the enrolment of any course you must prove to have passed the required level. If you do not have any certificate you can take a level test, totally free and without commitment. You can book an appointment here.

Office hours:
Monday to Thursday from 10 to 17 h
Friday from 10 to 14 h

From 22 June until 31 August: Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 14.30 h. In August remote assistance by phone or email.
