SpeechBITE
SpeechBITE is a database that can offer a catalog of effective interventions and treatments for the practice of speech therapy. It is an evidence-based practice initiative from the University of Sydney and the Speech Patology Association of Australia. The studies that include the database are systematic reviews, controlled and uncontrolled clinical trials and cases.

ASHAWire
Database that gives access to the most up-to-date research, discussions and ideas of the publications of the ASHA and of the scientific communities specialized in communication disorders.

Phonetics: The Sounds of Spoken Language
This site from the University of Iowa states provides a comprehensive understanding of how each of the speech sounds of American English, Spanish, and German are formed. It includes animations, videos, and audio samples that describe the essential features of each of the consonants and vowels of these languages. Sounds of Speech is especially useful for students studying English as a second language.
 

ÍndDICEs CSIC
Platform produced by the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas that collects and disseminates mainly research articles published in Spanish scientific journals. It includes the old ISOC database, specialized in Humanities and Social Sciences.

Pubmed
Service of the National Library of Medicine (located at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which has access to MEDLINE and other magazines about life sciences with links to other databases with articles in text.

Scopus
Multidisciplinary database produced by Elsevier that collects almost 14,000 publications from some 4,000 international publishing houses. Includes references to magazines, commercial publications, books, web resources and patents. It offers value-added services: creation of bibliographic alerts, impact factor consultation, index H, etc. It gives access to abstracts since 1966 and complete references since 1995.

Web of Science
Mainly Anglo-Saxon portal of the company Clarivate Analytics that allows the consultation of a set of bibliographic and bibliometric databases of a multidisciplinary nature. It allows to carry out thematic searches and by work and / or author cited, consult bibliometric indicators (number of citations, index H, impact factor of the magazines, etc.)
