The CEHIC's search focuses mainly on the history of science (STM) of the 19th and 20th centuries, from various perspectives: the relationships between science, politics and power (in particular in the dictatorships of the 20th century), the role of science audiences as an agent Knowledge construction assets, the material, spatial and urban dimensions of science, or the relationships of the history of science with related disciplines such as philosophy, anthropology, sociology or "Science and Technology Studies" (STS). Historical quality research has been carried out since the founding of the Center thanks to multiple supports, which have contributed decisively to our institutional and intellectual growth.
