Stakeholders: what are they and what do they do?

The UAB and the European School of Law at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole have jointly organised PhD workshoprs in French and English entitled "Les parties prenantes : qui sont-elles, quelles sont leurs fonctions? / Stakeholders, what are they, what are their functions?". The workshop will take place on 7 July at the Board Room of the UAB Faculty of Law. It will begin at 9:45 a.m. with a welcoming speech by Josep Maria de Dios, professor in private international law; Lukas Rass-Masson, director of the European School of Law; and Julien Théron, head of research at the European School of Law. Following that, several sessions will focus on the subject of stakeholders from the perspectives of public law, private law, animal law, and the business sector.
