The structure and deployment of the study plan follows the different stages of the production of an audiovisual work. Thus, in the first place, a subject is offered on the central aspects of non-fiction production: pre-production, the necessary human and technical team, the budget, the locations, the shooting plan, etc. In a second subject, creation is addressed: the research of the subject, the search for characters, how to construct stories and how to conduct interviews. The third subject focuses on filming, both in the visual narrative and production design, as well as in staging, photography and sound.

In the subject on Editing and Finishing, the raw product is already available, and the structures and keys of the assembly, the typology of sequences, the workflows and how the material must be delivered to the client are explained. The last subject, Development of non-fiction projects, aims to teach the aspects external to the production itself, but which are key to ensuring its success: knowing current market trends, how projects are developed and presented, the different types of financing and the main elements of audiovisual law that affect it
