Master's Degree in Reproductive Biology and Assisted Human Reproduction Techniques
IntroductionDevelopments in assisted human reproduction techniques have opened up a wide range of therapeutic possibilities to solve numerous reproductive problems affecting approximately 15% of the population.
Increasing demand for these treatments has fuelled the need for professionals specialized in these techniques with extensive lab and clinical practice expertise.
The last 17 editions of this Master have had considerable success both in enrolment and placement of graduates (a recent study confirmed placement at 80%), and it has consolidated itself within this area of studies.
ObjectivesThe great developments in new assisted reproduction techniques in recent years and new advances in biomedical knowledge of the events involved in reproductive processes flag up the need to create specific training programmes for future professionals in this area.
