Contents
This module provides training in human and economic resources management for document management and archiving services. The first part of the module enables students to acquire the tools to identify and analyze the specific regulatory frameworks that affect human resources in the centre itself. At the same time it trains students to manage a team, developing competences to take decisions, and crisis and conflict management as well as to manage change and drive action towards improvement.The second part of the module provides knowledge of budgeting techniques. Analysing and using budget management as an expenditure planning and management instrument, and as a source of information to optimize decision making.
