On 28 November the Centre for European Documentation presented European Horizons – the UAB Chapter, a student think tank on European and transatlantic issues with representation from all across Europe and the United States. This group is aimed at graduate and undergraduate students of politics, law and/or communication.

European Horizons was founded at Yale University in 2015 and a student association of the master's degree in European Integration and International Relations, Security and Development, offered at the UAB, founded the UAB Chapter by adhering to the principles of the American organisation. The members of the European Horizons form part of a network of students participating in conference offered in Europe and in the United States. In addition, its members publish contents on the European blog of the think tank and in the academic journal Review of Transatlantic Affairs.

The project aims to use associationism, debates and publications to offer an original, young and Mediterranean view of the challenges currently faced by the European Union.
