"50 Years of the UAB" Concert
The "50 Years of the UAB Concert" took place on Thursday 3 May at 8 p.m. at the Faràndula Theatre in Sabadell. The concert was given by the UAB Choir and Orchestra and by the Vallès Symphonic Orchestra. Included in the repertoire was a new song created especially for the 50 years celebration, entitled "El secret de les coses", composed by renowned music and composer Marc Timón, and also a former UAB student.

The UAB's 50th Anniversary Concert took place on Thursday 3 May at 8 p.m.at at the Faràndula Theatre in Sabadell (Carrer de la República 33).
The programme included the following repertoire:
-Vivaldi: "The Four Seasons".-Marc Timón: "El secret de les coses" (premiere of the song written especially for the UAB's 50th anniversary).
The concert was performed by the UAB Choir under the direction of Poire Vallvé, the UAB Orchestra, under the direction of Jesús Badia, and the Vallès Symphonic Orchestra, which included the direction and a concertino by Marta Cardona.
