In March, the UAB Theatre hosts 6 different professional theatre and music shows.

The first one was #1000Likes, by Nus Teatre, a forum theatre that focused on cyberstalking, followed by the play Sóc puta, i què?, by the theatre group Les Fugitives. This play revolves around the friendship of three girlfriends and flatmates. Their relationship will stumble after the secret profession of one of the girls is revealed. These two plays are scheduled for 6 and 10 March respectively.

Coming soon, the sax quartet Kebyart Ensemble will perform at the UAB Theatre. Four young men make this excellent quartet which has already received several awards in different competitions. Actually, they got through to the final of the 2016 edition of the Paper de Música de Capellades competition. Their repertoire is made up of original songs and covers which they adapt to their own style and genre. They will perform at the UAB Theatre on 15 March, at 4:15 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Moreover, we will have the chance to see a show half play half concert by Produccions de La Copla de Wisconsin, titled There was a Fiesta, at Carniege Hall. This musical comedy revolves around the story of two jazz singers who were close to rise to stardom in the American music industry. The show is scheduled for 21 March at 5:30 p.m.

For yet another year, the play De algún tiempo a esta parte, by Max Aub, is scheduled for Tuesday 28 March at 10 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. This play was written in 1939 and depicts the heartbreaking existence of a woman in Vienna back in 1938 after the annexation of Austria to Germany during the Nazi occupation, on the eve of World War II.

Finally, the Theatre Group of the University of Valencia, Assaig, will be performing the play Parelles de fet, de fet parelles, which is a love story and a tribute to the absolute couple that reflects on the perennial question: to be and not to be. The play is scheduled for Wednesday 30 March at 5 p.m.

The entrance is cost free and the ticket office will open 30 minutes before showtime. All these activities are comprised in the Viu la Cultura card.
