Introduction

The master's degree in Computer Engineering is focused on training highly qualified professionals who are capable of coordinating and managing projects, products, processes and installations in all areas of computer engineering. The master's degree aims to bring students into contact with cutting edge technology in order to offer intellectual stimulus and provide a flexible professional profile, consistent with the ample spectrum of research and development opportunities within the field of computer science.

The UAB includes several prestigious research centres such as: the Computer Vision Centre (CVC), the Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Research Institute, the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA), the Barcelona Institute of Materials Science (ICMAB), the Barcelona Institute for Microelectronics - National Centre for Microelectronics (IMB-CNM).
