(*) Official recognition is given to between 4 and 9 credits on this degree in the case of students who qualified through a CFGS (Advanced professional training) in Prosthetics and Orthotics, Dietetics, Oral and Dental Hygiene, Environmental Health, Orthoprosthetics, Chemical and Support Products, and Environmental Health.

It is important to have the capacity for interpersonal relationships, in order to interact and communicate, and to have an interest in helping people while showing respect for different values and cultures. Due to working with vulnerable groups it is important for future therapists to be emotionally stable people with the capacity to solve problems and make decisions. An ability to work in teams, capacity for analysis, responsibility, adaptation to one’s surroundings and creativity are also important qualities for these professionals.
