Manuel Castells Oliván

Manuel Castells was named doctor honoris causa by the UAB in recognition of his exceptional academic and research career in the field of social sciences and communication, of the vast international influence of his contributions to the knowledge of the information society, and of his permanent commitment to Catalonia and its university culture.
