The employment market in the area of business administration is strongly influenced by company creation, internationalisation, innovation and technological change and new ways of organising work. The degree in Business Administration provides a balance of theory and practice in the management of companies with specialist knowledge of entrepreneurial initiatives, situated in an organisational and management context. A large part of the programme is centred on entrepreneurial behaviour and the way in which this is related to innovation, recognition of opporunities and the creation and development of business initiatives, as a response to new emerging profiles.
